1. Choose the products
Select the products that shouldn’t be purchased directly. Search and filtering make it easy to find products in larger WooCommerce catalogs.
2. Replace the purchase controls
For controlled products, the normal quantity and Add to Cart controls are replaced with your custom message and alternative action.
3. Direct customers to the next step
Send customers to a contact form, email inquiry, or another straightforward destination. When appropriate, product information can be included automatically in the inquiry.
